The other day, I sorted out the things in my house and threw them away because I felt they were unnecessary than I expected. From what I felt at this time, I would like to talk about how it is better to have less things in the house.
I usually do casual shopping, but I unknowingly buy various things. I think there are many people who have more items such as clothes, tableware, interiors, and items that they have for their own hobbies compared to a year ago.
I ended up throwing away a fair amount of the clothes I didn’t wear. That’s because the clothes I wear every day are completely different than before.
Therefore, there are drawers and boxes that are made of clothes. I was able to free up space for one cardboard just by organizing my clothes.
It’s usually an invisible place, so I thought “life itself won’t change much”, but when I open the drawer to get dressed, it’s refreshing, it’s easy to take clothes, and I don’t feel any stress at all. I noticed.
If you are accustomed to seeing a lot of things, you will not feel anything, but you will unconsciously feel stress.
Perhaps there are still unnecessary things, so I’m thinking of cutting them off more and more.
