How have you been since you woke up in the morning?
If you don’t spend the morning well, your performance will drop all day long, and if you have enough time in the morning, you can spend a fulfilling day.
It is often said that how to spend the day is decided in the morning.
The reason is
- Morning margin improves work efficiency
- Feel a lot of time in the day
Therefore, I tried various things to find a way to spend the morning that suits me.
I would like to introduce my current morning routine.
Wake up 1 hour before the activity starts
If you sleep to the last minute when you have to go to work, you will be exhausted when you get to work.
The moment you wake up in the morning, your brain isn’t active, so you need to have plenty of time before it’s active.
Wake up in the morning with light, not sound
I think many people wake up with a clock alarm, but if you hear a loud volume while sleeping, people will be on alert.This will make your body feel more stressed and tired.
The human body recognizes that it is morning by light and the body naturally wakes up, so I try to wake up with light such as the sun as much as possible.
The first thing to do when you wake up in the morning is to drink water
I haven’t eaten or drank for about 7 hours sleeping. Therefore, the water in the body is less than before going to bed.
When your body gets low in water, it has a bad effect, so the first thing you do after waking up in the morning is to get hydrated.
Should I eat breakfast?
I try to eat a little breakfast.
Depending on the person, it may improve the performance if you do not eat it, but since I am exercising during the day, I try to eat breakfast.
5 minutes meditation
After having breakfast, I meditate for 5 minutes.
By stopping thinking, the burden on your brain will be reduced. By the end of the meditation, your mind will be refreshed and it will be easier for you to make normal decisions.
15 minutes Stretch and walk
When my brain wakes up, I try to stretch and walk when the weather is good.
With a little movement, your body muscles will start to work and you will not feel tired when you wake up.
